All our homes are drawn with energy efficiency in mind. We draft a full set of plans for every home to send to inspectors to evaluate and ensure that your home has met our high standards for energy efficiency.

Through Inspection

Every home goes through several inspections to verify that certified contractors properly install all energy efficiency features. We send every set of plans to a third-party energy rating company.

Final Analysis

The final energy inspection assesses air leakage and air-sealing procedures. We use complete HVAC load calculations and analysis to pick all HVAC equipment and to fine-tune every aspect of your home’s energy efficiency.
